About the role
This is a full‑time, on‑site Barista position in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee, tea and light snack items while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Handle food preparation for light snacks or pastries and ensure proper presentation.
- Take customer orders, operate coffee equipment, and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, seating areas and restock supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow health, safety and food‑hygiene regulations and support inventory checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and courteous service.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic numeracy and cash‑handling abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shift patterns.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
