Chef de Partie – Beachfront French-Mediterranean Restaurant

About the role

Join La Petite Maison as it opens its first beachfront restaurant in Dubai. As a Chef de Partie you will lead a dedicated section of the kitchen, preparing French‑Mediterranean dishes to the brand’s high standards while supporting a dynamic team in a vibrant, seaside setting.

Key responsibilities

• Run your assigned station during prep and service, ensuring timely and accurate dish execution.
• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to LPM quality standards.
• Maintain a well‑organized mise en place and manage stock rotation to minimise waste.
• Guide and mentor demi‑chefs and commis, fostering skill development and teamwork.
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and food‑handling protocols throughout the kitchen.

Required profile

• Proven kitchen experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong culinary fundamentals with consistent execution.
• Organised, calm under pressure and able to maintain high standards during service.
• Team‑player who enjoys teaching and supporting junior staff.
• Formal culinary training or equivalent hands‑on experience.
