About the role

Atlantis The Palm Dubai is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the Brasserie Frantzen team. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural kitchen, supporting the Chef de Cuisine in delivering high‑quality dishes that reflect the resort’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and organise mise en place for your designated section.
  • Maintain the highest food quality and presentation standards.
  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing kitchen operations and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with other sections to deliver seamless service during peak periods.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in an international luxury hotel or similar establishment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confidence in interacting with a varied clientele.
