About the role
The JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to lead its Cold Kitchen for banquet and outdoor catering operations. You will work in a high‑volume environment, ensuring that large‑scale events are executed with impeccable food quality and strict hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee cold dishes for banquet and outdoor catering events.
- Manage high‑volume production while maintaining consistency and safety.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service for large‑scale functions.
- Monitor food quality, temperature control, and hygiene compliance.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation for cold kitchen supplies.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high‑volume banquet operations.
- Experience in outdoor catering environments.
- Proven ability to manage large‑scale events efficiently.
- Strong understanding of food quality and hygiene standards.
- Currently available to work in the UAE is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen setting.
