Chef de Partie – Culinary Team Member

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE slated to open in 2027, is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the Sous Chef in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Requisition raw materials, monitor ingredient quality, and ensure proper storage according to HACCP standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy kitchen and utensils, and uphold health and safety procedures.
• Monitor food preparation, kitchen costs, inventory levels, portion control, and quality.
• Schedule rosters, assign workstations, and manage payroll records for the Garde Manger team.
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly, delivering high‑quality products to all outlets.
• Train team members, correct procedural deviations, and support the Sous Chef in their absence.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or higher.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and accurate knife skills.
• Understanding of HACCP standards and guidelines.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication abilities.
• Organizational skills for inventory, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Flexibility to work shifts according to business demand.
