About the role

Join the award‑winning fine‑dining outlet Pierre's, located in InterContinental Dubai Festival City, as a Chef De Partie. You will lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring high‑quality dishes are prepared and presented to the exacting standards of a Pierre Gagnaire restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct kitchen helpers, cooks, and stewards within your section.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and dishes ahead of service, maintaining consistency and taste.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work area in line with HACCP and health‑safety regulations.
• Communicate any issues, guest feedback, or operational challenges to the senior chef.
• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Professional culinary experience at a fine‑dining or luxury hotel kitchen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a courteous approach to guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
• Commitment to health, safety, and grooming standards.

Required skills

• HACCP food safety knowledge.
