Chef De Partie – French Brasserie

About the role

Accor is looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join the culinary team at Couqley, an award‑winning French Brasserie & Bar in Downtown Dubai. You will be responsible for a specific kitchen section, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate a designated kitchen section while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff within your section.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling and rotation to keep ingredients fresh and minimise waste.
• Maintain a clean, organised work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other sections to guarantee smooth service.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high‑end à la carte restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of French cooking methods, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure and fast‑paced conditions.
