Chef de Partie – Garde Manger (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead the Garde Manger section. You will work in a luxury hotel environment, preparing cold dishes, salads, charcuterie, and buffet displays to the highest standards of Turkish hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all potentially hazardous foods at correct temperatures following HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain personal hygiene and kitchen grooming standards, including proper uniform, headwear, and footwear.
• Produce and present all Garde Manger items according to hotel recipes and standards for daily menus, buffets, banquets, and à la carte service.
• Ensure timely preparation of all cold‑kitchen items and communicate material needs to the Sous Chef.
• Assist in designing and arranging buffet decorations, cold food presentations, salads, and appetizers.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of relevant experience in a cold‑kitchen or Garde Manger environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and personal hygiene protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining portion size and presentation quality.
