About the role
As a Guest Service Expert in the Food & Beverage team, you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests at St. Regis Abu Dhabi. The role goes beyond serving meals – it involves delivering attentive, personalized service that enhances the overall guest journey.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure dining areas are ready for guests.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
- Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to follow company policies, safety standards, and present a professional appearance.
