About the role

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie for its Banquet & Outdoor Catering Hot Kitchen. The successful candidate will support high‑volume banquet and outdoor catering operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and efficient execution of large‑scale events.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items for banquet and outdoor catering events.
  • Supervise a kitchen station, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout service.
  • Coordinate with the catering team to manage large‑scale event timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
  • Support menu planning and execution for high‑volume service periods.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high‑volume banquet operations.
  • Experience in outdoor catering environments.
  • Ability to manage large‑scale events efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Currently available to work in the UAE preferred.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen setting.
