Cashier – Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking reliable, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused cashiers to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The role involves handling guest orders, payments and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions securely.
• Issue receipts and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling.
• Coordinate with waitstaff, supervisors, kitchen, and management regarding orders and payments.
• Assist guests with billing inquiries and resolve payment concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier station.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, discounts, voids, refunds, and end‑of‑shift reconciliation.
• Support overall restaurant operations when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Previous cashier or F&B experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and cash‑handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
