About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present a range of pastry dishes with precision and creativity.
• Supervise and organise the pastry section, ensuring smooth service and optimal setup before each shift.
• Collaborate closely with Sous Chefs and the Chef De Cuisine on menu development and culinary concepts.
• Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, health‑and‑safety, and food‑hygiene standards.
• Lead, motivate and train junior kitchen staff to achieve consistent quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie – Pastry in a luxury hotel or comparable high‑volume operation.
• Pre‑opening experience in fast‑paced kitchen set‑ups is advantageous.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
