Chef de Rang – Waiter/Waitress for French Brasserie

About the role

Join the award‑winning Couqley French Brasserie in Downtown Dubai as a Chef de Rang. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering premium‑casual dining experiences to guests on the al fresco terrace and inside the artist‑designed interior.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, and provide recommendations.
• Take orders accurately, transmit them to the kitchen, and ensure timely service.
• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain the highest food quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a fine‑dining or standalone restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of beverages, especially wine and spirits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
