Chef Tournant (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef Tournant to join the main kitchen team at our beachfront hotel in Dubai. In this role you will step in for the Executive Chef when needed, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the high culinary standards our guests expect.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff in the Executive Chef’s absence.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in menu planning and develop new recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Monitor food costs, control waste, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate junior kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a creative approach to food preparation.
• Culinary school certification is a plus.
