About the role
As a participant in the Honeywell Falcon Program, you will gain hands‑on experience with a leading technology company while continuing your academic studies. The role is designed for UAE nationals studying chemical engineering and offers a blend of training, project work, and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Attend scheduled training sessions and seminars focused on technical and soft‑skill development.
- Collaborate on real‑world projects, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
- Participate in mentorship meetings and engage with managers for career guidance.
- Represent Honeywell at various events and engage in community outreach when needed.
- Complete required project assignments and demonstrate effective time‑management in a remote work environment.
Required profile
- Junior or sophomore year student enrolled in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong academic record, eagerness to learn, and ability to manage remote work responsibilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
