Chief Executive Officer – Lead Premium Staircase Design Company

About the role

DiseñoStairs is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer the company through its next phase of growth. The CEO will own the strategic direction across operations, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and market expansion while safeguarding the brand’s reputation for craftsmanship and luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth roadmap.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, manufacturing processes, and project delivery.
• Drive revenue growth by entering new markets, forging partnerships, and nurturing client relationships.
• Build and lead a high‑performing senior leadership team.
• Manage P&L responsibility and ensure the financial health of the business.
• Represent DiseñoStairs with architects, developers, and industry partners.
• Strengthen brand positioning within the luxury architectural and interior‑design space.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership experience in construction, architecture, interior design, manufacturing, or a related premium/luxury industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth.
• Experience operating in the UAE/GCC market is strongly preferred.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with architects, developers, and high‑end clientele.
• Hands‑on leadership style balancing strategic vision and operational execution.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Dubai, UAE.
