Construction Manager – Oil & Gas (ADNOC Experience Mandatory)

About the role

Avsar Global is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale oil & gas construction projects for a leading client in Abu Dhabi. The role requires proven ADNOC project experience and the ability to manage offshore rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Lead construction teams, project engineers, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Control schedules, budgets, resource allocation and ensure compliance with ADNOC, HSE and quality standards.
• Monitor milestones, critical paths, risks and progress, and coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• PMP certification (mandatory) and at least 8 years of construction management experience.
• Previous ADNOC project experience and extensive oil & gas industry exposure.
• Willingness to work a 5‑month offshore rotation followed by 1 month paid leave.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera/project management software.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• PMP certification.
