Chief Executive Officer – Wealth (DIFC, Dubai)

About the role

We are hiring a Chief Executive Officer – Wealth to lead the Wealth Management business of the DIFC branch of a leading banking organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive the Wealth Management business of the DIFC branch.
• Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, portfolio growth, AUM and revenue generation.
• Lead and manage the Wealth Management team and senior stakeholders.
• Drive HNI & affluent client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
• Lead strategic client engagements and support conversion of high‑value relationships.
• Ensure strong risk management, compliance and operational controls across the business.
• Ensure all business activities remain within the permissible activities of the DIFC branch and applicable DFSA regulations.
• Work closely with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Credit, Wealth Management Products and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 25+ years of overall banking experience, including 15–20 years in Wealth Management.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership or team‑management role.
• Preferred certifications: CWM, NCFM, CAIIB, ACAMS.
