About the role

ME ONE Medical Center is looking for a professional Chinese Translator to join its multicultural healthcare team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting Chinese‑speaking patients in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic, ensuring clear communication and a smooth patient journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate Chinese‑English translation for patients during consultations and procedures.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, maintaining an organized clinic flow.
• Communicate effectively with medical staff, relaying patient information and queries.
• Handle patient inquiries with a high level of customer service.
• Maintain patient records and assist with daily clinic operations.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Chinese and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
• Proven experience in patient coordination and customer service.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and translation.
• Understanding of clinic operations and appointment management.
