About the role
The Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is looking for a detail‑oriented CID Agent to manage guest registration data in line with local CID regulations. You will ensure accurate data capture, timely reporting to authorities, and support smooth check‑in processes.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately input guest registration information into the CID system.
- Ensure compliance with local guest identification laws.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with the front‑desk team to collect required data.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest records and information.
Required profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Required skills
- Proficiency in data entry and relevant software.
- Knowledge of local CID regulations.
