About the role
As a CID Data Entry Agent you will be responsible for updating guest information in the CID system for Novotel & Adagio hotels in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure timely and accurate entry of check‑in and check‑out data, supporting front‑office operations and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Update guest information in the CID system within two hours of arrival or departure.
- Follow all Front Office procedures linked to the CID system and report any issues to the manager or supervisor.
- Maintain the CID logbook each shift, recording system status and any problems.
- Ensure guest documentation is available and up‑to‑date.
- Develop friendly, personalized relationships to encourage guest loyalty.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and forward them to the appropriate department.
Required profile
- Good interpersonal skills, guest‑oriented and service minded.
- Team spirit and a service‑focused personality.
- Good presentation and confident speaking skills.
- Prior experience working with the CID system or a related platform.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
