About the role

Al Marwan Group, a diversified construction and infrastructure company operating across the GCC since 1978, is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join its Roads & Infrastructure team in the UAE. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands‑on experience in roadworks, utilities, drainage and site engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Support site engineers in the execution of road and infrastructure works.
• Assist with site inspections, measurements and monitoring of construction activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, method statements, specifications and technical documents.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, progress updates and project documentation.
• Support quality and HSE requirements on‑site and monitor work progress against approved drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–2 years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Willingness to work at project sites and develop practical site‑engineering skills.
