Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will design, plan and supervise a variety of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and supervise construction of civil engineering projects, maintaining high quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments and cost analyses.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs using CAD software and perform design simulations.
• Oversee environmental impact assessments in line with government regulations.
• Review and approve project designs, ensuring compliance with industry codes.
• Develop project specifications, quality-control procedures and manage documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and construction managers to integrate project plans.
• Inspect sites regularly to monitor progress, safety and workmanship.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and resolve engineering issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain one.
• Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale civil projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project-management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
