Civil Structural Engineer – Senior

About the role

Pearl City Construction is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Structural Engineer to lead the design, cost estimation and delivery of data‑center civil works across the Middle East. The role combines technical oversight with contractor management to ensure projects meet quality, schedule and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contractors for project delivery in the ME region.
• Review and approve architectural, structural and civil design drawings.
• Estimate and control costs for civil works and steel structures.
• Ensure compliance with local civil engineering standards (GCC) and international codes.
• Optimize civil solutions to reduce overall project expenditure.
• Prepare and evaluate proposals and quotations for steel structures.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of GCC civil engineering standards and construction drawing review.
• Extensive experience in cost estimation, construction delivery and cost control.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale data‑center projects.
