Civil Supervisor

About the role

The Supervisor – Civil is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day execution of civil construction activities on site. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works such as concrete, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, finishing and site installations.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and materials to meet daily targets and monitor progress.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety inspections and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor workmanship, coordinate QA/QC inspections and manage non‑conformance reports.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors and clients, and prepare daily and periodic progress reports.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of civil construction experience in Oil & Gas EPC or industrial projects.
• 2‑3 years of supervisory experience leading construction teams.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
