Classroom Assistant – UAE National (Full‑Time)

About the role

Bloom World Academy is seeking enthusiastic UAE nationals to join as Classroom Assistants on an immediate, full‑time basis. The role supports students of all abilities, helping to create a classroom environment where every child can succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students of varying abilities in daily classroom activities.
• Support teachers in preparing learning materials and classroom setup.
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Participate in and help lead community events within the school.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid family book.
• High School Certificate (or equivalent).
• Proficient/advanced English and strong Arabic communication skills.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, integrity and intercultural awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with students, parents and staff.

Required skills

• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Strong Arabic language proficiency.
