Cleaners and Head Barista/Barista – 2 Positions

About the role

Grand Flora Group is seeking reliable cleaners and experienced barista professionals to join its Dubai operations. Two positions are available – one for general cleaning duties and one for a head/barista role – to support a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Follow company hygiene standards and safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily operations.
• Work efficiently as part of a team and adapt to shift requirements.
• For the barista role: prepare coffee and other beverages, supervise and train junior staff, ensure product quality.
• For the cleaner role: perform routine cleaning tasks, manage supplies, and uphold safety protocols.

Required profile

• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Flexible to work different shifts.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Cleaning experience preferred for cleaners.
• Proven barista experience required for the barista position.
