Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Client Advisor will represent Jaeger‑LeCoultre at the Dubai Mall boutique, delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience to discerning customers. You will combine product knowledge with personalized service to drive sales and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while adhering to KPIs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment in line with brand standards.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns, and manage payment procedures accurately.
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and securing watches and accessories.
• Utilize digital tools for sales reporting, client database updates, and operational tasks.
• Support visual merchandising and product displays to showcase collections.
• Engage proactively with clients, identify needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through follow‑up, invitations to private events, and after‑sales service.
• Coordinate with service centres for repairs, adjustments, and strap changes.
