Client Advisor – Secondary Market Real Estate

About the role

VIP Brokerage is looking for an experienced Client Advisor to convert company‑generated leads into successful secondary‑market property transactions in Abu Dhabi. You will work with buyers, investors and owners, leveraging a strong portfolio of off‑plan and resale inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into closed property sales across secondary/resale, residential and off‑plan segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from client meetings and property viewings to offer negotiation and transaction closing.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real‑estate sales experience with a proven track record of closed transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE property market and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially minded; fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
