Client Advisor – Showroom & International Exhibitions

About the role

As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent our fine jewellery house both in our new Abu Dhabi showroom and at international exhibitions. The role blends high‑end sales with operational duties such as inventory control, invoicing and order tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Sell fine jewellery on the showroom floor and at overseas exhibitions.
• Manage daily inventory counts, reconcile records and ensure secure handling of stock.
• Issue invoices, process payments and keep accurate sales records.
• Track client orders from confirmation through production to delivery, including bespoke commissions.
• Maintain client communication at key production stages.
• Prepare, set up and break down exhibition displays, and reconcile stock on return.
• Maintain confidential client records with discretion.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience selling fine or high jewellery in a flagship showroom or major boutique.
• Confident explaining jewellery construction, stone quality and finishing.
• Strong numerical accuracy for inventory reconciliation, invoicing and payment handling.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally on short notice.
• Discretion with client information.
