Client Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join our Counsel team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the VP of Client Delivery, you will lead complex, cross‑organizational initiatives that span product, operations, engineering, marketing, and clinical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and launch projects from kickoff to go‑live, identifying risks early and keeping workstreams on schedule.
• Create cross‑team alignment, communicate clearly at all organizational levels, and adapt messaging to the audience.
• Manage front‑line stakeholder relationships with large industry brands, flagging risks and opportunities, and predicting client needs.
• Define and execute the path from early market entry to a high‑volume care delivery program.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a client‑facing role within a healthcare setting, including direct interaction with C‑suite executives and enterprise brands.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects on schedule.
• Strong understanding of the care delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to use rich data sources to tell a story, navigate dashboards, build visualizations, and spot emerging trends.
• Startup grit – comfortable with ambiguity and willing to create new processes.
