Client Lead – Social Media Strategy

About the role

GEN PLUS Group is seeking a seasoned Client Lead for its Social team to drive comprehensive social media strategies for a portfolio of global brands. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will act as the strategic mastermind behind planning, execution, and performance monitoring, ensuring each client’s online presence aligns with their broader marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored social media strategies across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and grow client accounts, creating high‑quality content including posts, photos, videos, and graphics.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with clients to capture brand voice and integrate it into social campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging features to advise clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in social media or community management.
• Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
