Client Onboarding Analyst – Hybrid (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Onboarding Analyst to join our high‑performing team in Dubai. In this hybrid role you will verify the identity of prospective clients worldwide, applying our compliance framework and supporting the sales team with onboarding documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard prospects and clients using the company’s compliance framework.
• Apply Enhanced Due Diligence where appropriate.
• Support the Team Lead in developing colleagues through subject‑matter expertise.
• Advise sales on necessary onboarding documentation additions.
• Utilise the L&D platform and Compliance Training Advisor for continuous up‑skilling.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous AML/KYC experience, specifically with Enhanced Due Diligence in a financial institution.
• Understanding of international business operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to see the broader picture.
• Proven teamwork skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fast learner who can think creatively and provide solutions.
