Client Service Manager

About the role

Voluxis is seeking a Client Service Manager to join its Dubai Airport Free Zone office. You will be a key link between aircraft owners, operations, finance, airworthiness and charter sales, ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining safety as the top priority.

Key responsibilities

• Manage information flow between aircraft owners and internal teams (Operations, Finance, Airworthiness, Charter Sales).
• Coordinate client flight itineraries with Operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance with the Airworthiness department while managing client expectations.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams on flight schedule feasibility.
• Meet and greet passengers on departure and arrival.
• Collaborate with cabin crew to profile clients and deliver premium inflight service.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for clients and finance teams, supporting financial reconciliation and contractual compliance.
• Maintain an effective flight watch, proactively identifying and mitigating issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and suppliers.

Required profile

• Business‑level proficiency (B2 CEFR or equivalent) in English and written/spoken Arabic.
• 4‑5 years of experience in private aviation, preferably in client/aircraft management, private jet charter or operations.
• Working knowledge of all aspects of aircraft management.
• Account‑management experience with private‑aviation clients and UHNWI/VVIPs.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to handle multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities.
