Client Services Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly meticulous and client‑focused Client Services Manager to join our Client Services team. This role leads the day‑to‑day execution of complex, custom, and integrated media partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, strong client relationships, and consistently high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex integrated media projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, workstreams and deliverables while proactively mitigating risks.
• Translate raw data into compelling performance narratives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams—including Creative, Sales, Media, and Analytics—to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as the primary trusted day‑to‑day contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations.
• Identify opportunities for campaign renewals and upsells by building deep client trust.
• Contribute to the evolution of internal workflows and best practices through QBRs and team forums.
• Model operational excellence and accountability, demonstrating strategic judgment for increasing responsibility.

Required profile

• 3–10+ years of experience in client services, account management, project management, or integrated production within a media or agency environment.
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑platform media campaigns.
• Strong project management, organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Solid analytical capability with the ability to interpret performance data and insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced environments with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
