Client Success Manager

About the role

Beevoo is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal marketing teams. You will ensure clients receive top‑tier service, achieve their marketing goals, and enjoy a seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, social media, content, design, performance marketing, and web teams.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular client meetings, provide updates, and present monthly/quarterly performance reports.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend relevant marketing solutions.
• Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally.
• Track client satisfaction, work on retention, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of communications, requirements, approvals, and project status.
• Collaborate with Business Development during onboarding and project transitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client‑facing abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in UAE/GCC agency environments is a plus.
