About the role

Responsible for reviewing, abstracting and analyzing clinical information from medical records and relevant documents, and translating this information into diagnostic and operative procedure codes in line with the clinical coding system.

Key responsibilities

Review clinical information from medical records and related documents.
Abstract and analyze relevant data for coding purposes.
Translate clinical information into diagnostic and operative procedure codes according to the clinical coding system.
