Club Lounge Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Raffles The Palm Dubai is seeking a Club Lounge Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the exclusive Raffles Club Lounge. Reporting to the Club Manager, you will ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for VIP guests in a prestigious luxury-hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach all Club Lounge staff, guaranteeing service excellence from guest arrival to departure.
• Oversee lounge operations during opening hours, maintaining standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to select and present food for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Cocktail Hours.
• Personally greet guests, manage repeat-guest history, and prepare personalized welcome letters.
• Promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities, and monitor guest comment cards and feedback.
• Handle special requests, resolve complaints and follow up on corrective actions.
• Compile, analyse and control club costs, inventory and related financial data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hotel or upscale lounge supervision.
• Strong orientation toward exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with VIP guests, kitchen and sales teams.
• Ability to manage staff schedules, inventory and cost control processes.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on timely resolution of issues.
