Club Prive Order Taker – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Club Prive Order Taker ensures that every guest request is handled promptly and professionally, contributing to the highest level of guest satisfaction at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. This position requires a friendly, courteous attitude and fluency in Russian to support our international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all service requests addressed to Club Prive and guarantee immediate action.
• Maintain impeccable telephone etiquette, ensuring phones are never unattended.
• Promote up‑selling opportunities during guest interactions.
• Conduct thorough handovers during shift changes.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other service departments to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• University degree or vocational qualification in any field.
• Minimum of one year experience as a telephone operator or in a call‑center environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Fluency in Russian; additional languages are a plus.
