Cluster Marketing Executive – Dubai

About the role

The Cluster Marketing Executive will drive brand awareness and support revenue growth for Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. You will act as a key liaison between the hotel, potential owners, and guests, delivering professional sales presentations and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the brand internally and externally using effective sales techniques.
• Contact potential owners by phone to arrange preview package tours and sales presentations.
• Explain tour details, verify eligibility, and manage scheduling for Marriott vacation club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts or rewards to guests as appropriate.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
• Assist management with training, evaluation, counseling, and motivation of staff.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and respond with courteous language.
• Support team collaboration, uphold quality standards, and handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant sales or marketing experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.
