Cluster Sales Manager - Corporate And Long Stay

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Cluster Sales Manager will lead sales activities for corporate and long‑stay segments, driving revenue across rooms, meetings, and food & beverage. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key accounts and delivering the hotel’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies and maximize business opportunities within the assigned cluster.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key corporate accounts and business partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly revenue forecasts.
• Drive revenue growth across all streams – rooms, meetings, conferences, and F&B.
• Identify and network with decision‑makers to secure new corporate business.
• Generate and nurture corporate leads through face‑to‑face meetings, calls, and events.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and quotations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or long‑stay sales within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
