About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Completions Team in Dubai as a CNC Machinist, operating state‑of‑the‑art Mazak machines to produce high‑precision components for well construction and production. You will work on both turning and milling operations, ensuring parts meet strict engineering specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Mazak CNC machines for turning and milling.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Program machines using Mazatrol or G‑code, adjusting parameters for optimal accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools to verify quality.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to maintain efficient production flow.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical CNC certification preferred.
• 0–2 years experience operating Mazak CNC machines.
• Proficiency in Mazatrol programming and/or G‑code.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
