About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves setting up and running CNC equipment to produce high‑precision components for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Set‑up, operate and monitor CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling and turning operations.
Interpret engineering drawings and translate specifications into machine dimensions.
Load and unload raw materials and workpieces, ensuring smooth workflow.
Adjust machine parameters on‑the‑fly to optimise quality and productivity.
Maintain accurate production and quality logs for each job.
Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean 5S work environment.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years experience as a CNC milling or machining operator, preferably in aerospace or similar manufacturing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Commitment to safety and housekeeping standards.
