About the role

Memories by L’ETO is seeking an experienced Coffee & Beverage Lead to shape and grow its specialty coffee program in Dubai. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality coffee experiences, overseeing the brewing bar, and driving innovation in beverage offerings while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the specialty coffee and beverage program.
• Oversee daily operations of the brewing bar, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Develop innovative coffee beverages and recipes, from concept to launch.
• Manage bean sourcing, roasting, and brew‑quality standards.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a guest‑focused environment.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• UAE‑based experience in specialty coffee or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and develop small teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Guest‑focused, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on approach.

Required skills

• Specialty coffee brewing and extraction.
• Coffee roasting and roast profiling.
• Bean sourcing and quality control.
• Sensory evaluation and tasting.
• Beverage development and recipe creation.
