About the role
Al Med Retail is seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead its café operations in Dubai. The role focuses on overseeing daily front‑of‑house activities, ensuring high service standards and a smooth workflow for both staff and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily coffee shop and front‑of‑house operations.
- Lead, train and motivate the café team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage and service quality.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Support inventory control and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive dining experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in coffee and café operations.
- Strong front‑of‑house leadership experience.
- Experience with leading UAE hospitality brands is preferred.
- Hands‑on, energetic and proactive approach to daily operations.
