Commercial Coordinator (Italian Market)

About the role

We are seeking a driven, organized and people‑oriented Commercial Coordinator to support our Dubai office’s commercial and operational activities for the Italian market. You will work closely with the Commercial Leader and sales team to ensure seamless client experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial Leader and sales team in daily commercial operations.
• Deliver client correspondence accurately and within defined service standards.
• Maintain and update commercial databases, CRM systems and client records.
• Facilitate communication between operations, reservations and sales teams.
• Process invoices, supplier documentation and operational requests in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in Italian.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, travel operations, DMCs or commercial coordination.
• Strong organisational abilities and excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
