About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our Dubai team. You will act as the main liaison between local market clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing, shipment tracking and timely payments.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients on orders, shipments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Verify orders against stock levels and monthly sales averages.
- Enter orders into the system, compile data in Excel and compare results with budget and YTD figures.
- Update purchase orders in coordination with the marketing coordinator.
- Follow up on client payments to ensure they are received on schedule.
Required profile
- Excellent analytical ability with high attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Presentable communicator, comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
- Proven experience handling sales budgets, forecasts, shipping orders and stock management.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
