Commercial Coordinator

About the role

The Commercial Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Support department, working closely with the sales team to coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sales projects, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.
• Assist in developing and implementing project plans aligned with client needs and company goals.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely procurement of materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or construction.
• Excellent knowledge of project coordination and management principles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• A degree or diploma in business administration, project management or a related field is preferred.
