Commercial Strategy Manager (MEAT Region)

About the role

The Commercial Strategy Manager will lead the growth of Fluke’s field‑sales portfolio across the Middle East, Africa & Turkey (MEAT) region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will define and execute commercial strategies that increase revenue, expand market reach and deepen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term commercial strategies aligned with priority customers and regional objectives.
• Analyse market intelligence, customer insights and internal data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Define, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales effectiveness.
• Partner with field sales teams to shape deal strategies, optimise structures and support negotiations.
• Lead new‑product introduction plans and drive accelerated growth of existing product lines.
• Execute vertical and account‑penetration strategies to meet annual revenue and margin targets.
• Maintain alignment of account strategies with customers’ business goals and ensure clear internal communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial strategy, sales planning or business development within a B2B environment.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth in complex, multi‑country regions.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers at all organisational levels.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product management, marketing and channel partners.
