About the role
Join a prestigious restaurant in Dubai that specializes in Continental cuisine. As a Commis 1 you will support senior chefs in delivering high‑quality dishes while gaining valuable experience in a fast‑paced, professional kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service.
- Assist with cooking, plating, and final presentation of Continental dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during peak periods.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years experience as a Commis 1 or similar role, preferably in Continental cuisine.
- Culinary Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
